I have been involved in the implementation of new technologies through open innovation in the public and private sectors, both as a public research institution and as a corporation.

As the president of Institute of SGC Industrial Technology, the R&D and business development base of SHCCIG Yulin Chemical. I would like to work together with you in creating collaborative projects to fulfill our great mission of solving global issues through technology while pursuing corporate profits. I am looking forward to working together with you in creating collaborative projects.

Aiming to create innovative technologies and future businesses that contribute to the development of both countries and the future of our beautiful planet through cooperation between Japan and China.

Masahiro SETO - Ph.D. Eng.
For many years, he served as Director of Research and Director of Innovation Promotion at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan's largest national research institute, where he developed and expanded open innovation for social implementation of research results.
He is also an expert in research management and open innovation promotion with a proven track record of implementing numerous business collaborations with Japanese companies, technology development collaborations with universities and venture companies, and the establishment of research centers in Japan as Senior Managing Director of LG Group in Korea since 2018, where he was in charge of strengthening collaboration with Japanese companies, universities, and research institutions.
