To implement the supramolecular material he invented as a researcher at the University of Tokyo into society, he established ASM Corporation, a venture company originating from the University of Tokyo, where he served as CTO and Vice President for 10 years. He developed new products in various fields using this world-first new material and obtained dozens of patents. He has also worked with many companies and research institutions on joint development projects. Since 2017, he has been in charge of industry-academia collaboration as Director of International Relations at the University of Tokyo's Industry-Academia Collaboration Promotion Division, where he contributed as a founding mentor in the establishment of start-up companies from the University of Tokyo.

Since joining SHCCIG Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2018, Yang has been involved in business planning, technology development and human resources management. While working on many new technology development projects, she has taken technological challenges head-on, fostering an organisational culture of innovation and further improving the company's research and development capabilities. She participated in the founding of Institute of SGC Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. in 2020 and was appointed vice-president of the company in April 2023.

As head of the Planning and Development Department at Musashino Chemical Research Institute Ltd, Tang was involved in planning and strategic policy making for new projects and product development, as well as managing the department and supervising staff. In addition, as Executive Director and CEO of Musashino Chemical (China) Co., Ltd, he participated in the overall management of the company and took part in formulating and implementing management strategies, improving organisational efficiency and maximising profits. Currently, he is involved in technology development and business development related to sustainable materials and energy, with a focus on the bioplastics and environmental energy businesses.
Xiaoyuan WEN

Graduated from Kobe University with undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. After working in the business management departments of a major musical instrument manufacturer and a foreign energy company, she moved to her current position.
While making the most of the individuality of a Chinese company despite being a Japanese subsidiary, she strives daily to create an environment where employees can develop themselves along with the company's steady growth.
Kenji ANAI
International Trade Dept. General Manager
He took leadership in leading industry companies with a global history (a Chinese chemical company, a US engineering and resources company and a Japanese materials and plant company) and concentrated on transforming them into globally optimised procurement systems, strengthening supply chains and enhancing sustainable business competitiveness.
He was responsible for the transformation and project management of a global company, including the establishment and operation of a new procurement and trading department.
He has been in charge of the international trade department in our company since 2024.
